IN-PERSON WORKSHOPS

Our in-person workshops are designed to enlighten, empower, and prepare students to lead with confidence. Through interactive sessions, guided discussions, and reflective activities, students explore identity, leadership, and professionalism in ways that are relevant and practical to their overall development.

The workshop experience is intentionally structured to help students:

- Develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them

- Strengthen critical thinking, reading, and leadership habits

- Build practical skills for academic, professional, and personal growth

Each workshop series is thoughtfully facilitated and adapted to meet students where they are—encouraging curiosity, confidence, and forward-thinking without overwhelming or overexposing content. The focus is not just on learning information, but on helping students apply insights in meaningful, lasting ways.

Workshop Series Overview

The program is organized into three core learning units, each delivered through multiple in-person sessions:

Know Your History

- Students explore key moments and contributions in history that shape their world today. This unit emphasizes historical awareness, critical reflection, and future-focused thinking.

Leaders Are Readers

- This unit introduces students to the habits and mindsets of effective leaders, highlighting the role of reading, learning, and intellectual curiosity as tools for personal and collective growth.

The Professional You

- Students build essential life and career skills, including mindset development, goal-setting, communication, time management, and relationship-building—skills that support success both in and beyond the classroom.
